Is Michel Mol’s Company Going to Survive His Poor Leadership?
The top management of a company is what determines its success. So, when leaders fail to show up and find ways to solve the company’s issues well, everyone suffers.
This is exactly what’s happening at Michel Mol’s company. There have been complaints from the shareholders, customers, and even employees. Some leading issues include:
Embezzlement. If you’ve been following on the news, you’ve realized that the company’s financial heads keep being demoted or fired. The last head of finance decided to resign when he realized what he had gotten himself into. He told the press that Michel uses the company funds as a personal account, and all breaks loose once you question him about it.
Poor employee policies. Every business owner knows that employees are among the most important people in a company. They deserve respect and a good working environment. However, Michel has made the company a toxic place that no one wants to be. One former employee says Michel refused to give her a paid maternity leave unless it was only three weeks after her delivery. She had no choice but to quit.
Late payouts. Due to Michel’s embezzlement, employees are forced to wait up to three weeks past the payday before receiving their salaries. Many of them say it has caused trouble with their creditors.
Many employees and shareholders are opting out of Michel’s firm because of his bad attitude and decisions. If he doesn’t style up and make everything right, he may end up losing everything.
